3. Delivery Timeframes Estimated delivery times are provided by third-party carriers and are intended as a guide only. Actual delivery may be affected by location, transport networks, weather conditions, or events outside our control. Timeframes are not guaranteed unless an express or priority service is specifically purchased.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated according to parcel dimensions, weight, destination, and selected delivery method. The total charge will be displayed before payment. Any free-shipping offers apply only when clearly advertised and in accordance with the stated promotion terms.

5. Tracking Information Where available, tracking details will be sent once the order is dispatched. Some delivery methods may not include tracking.

6. Customs, Taxes & Additional Charges Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other government fees depending on the destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase or shipping price.

7. Delivery Requirements Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from: • incorrect or incomplete addresses • failed delivery attempts • parcels not collected from carrier holding points.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels If an item is lost or arrives damaged in transit, contact customer service so we can assist with a carrier investigation or claim in line with the carrier’s policies.

9. Split Shipments Items within one order may be shipped separately for availability or logistical reasons. Additional charges will not apply for split shipments unless agreed in advance.

10. Changes to Shipping Method We reserve the right to use an alternative carrier or service of equal value to fulfill delivery efficiently.
